Now, we seek a People Operations Specialist to champion our vibrant culture and empower our talent to conquer every challenge. This role is based in **Dammam, Saudi Arabia** and is **unfortunately not a remote position at this time.** If you are interested, please click on the "Apply for this job" button to submit your resume. **Responsibilities:** - **Be the talent magnet:** Attract and hire top players through strategic internal promotions, transfers, and external recruitment efforts ( E.g. advertising open roles, crafting job descriptions, resume handling, attending hiring events, and creating company promotional events like college tours). - **Craft the onboarding and offboarding journeys:** Welcome new recruits with a seamless process, setting them up for success from day one. Conduct exit interviews with departing employees. - **Fuel growth and development:** Identify skill gaps, design training programs, and equip our team with the knowledge they need to shine. - **Performance appraisals & beyond:** Help management and team leads conduct fair and insightful evaluations, manage compensation, and guide career growth through promotions. - **Keep the games rolling:** Foster a happy and engaged team through culture management, rewards & recognition, issue resolution, and well-being initiatives. - **Master of policies:** Craft and enforce workplace policies, ensuring smooth operations and a safe, professional environment. - **Navigate the legal landscape:** Stay abreast of government regulations and ensure compliance.

Requirements

**Qualifications:** - Diploma or a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field, with one plus years of experience in a similar role or HR-related function.. - Proven track record in successful recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. - Fluency in Arabic and English essential. - Proactive and creative attitude. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. **Bonus Points:** - Passion for creating positive employee experiences. - Interest in games and the gaming industry. - Process automation experience. - Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth understanding of KSA labor law and regulatory expectations.
