Responsible for implementing and applying HR policies within the company, contributing to recruitment processes, performance management, employee development, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. Acts as a liaison between management and employees to maintain a healthy and organized work environment.
Implement HR policies and procedures and ensure employee compliance. Coordinate recruitment processes from job postings to hiring, including screening, interviews, and offer presentation. Prepare and follow up on employment contracts, employee files, residency renewals, and social insurance registrations. Support training and employee development programs and assist in identifying training needs. Monitor employee attendance and manage leave and disciplinary systems. Address employee-related issues and serve as a mediator between management and staff. Prepare regular HR reports (payroll, turnover, absenteeism, etc.). Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and regulations of the Ministry of Human Resources.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 1 year of experience in the HR field. Familiarity with Saudi labor law and social insurance systems. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer applications, especially Excel and Jisr HR system.
