The Product Manager will be responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and execution of our digital games. This role requires strong expertise in product management, with hands-on experience collaborating with design, programming, and marketing teams to deliver engaging and successful gaming experiences. The Product Manager will define product roadmaps, translate player and market insights into clear requirements, and oversee development from concept to launch, ensuring that each game meets both creative and business goals
Responsibilities: • Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our digital games. • Work with the design team to create fun and engaging user experiences and game mechanics. • Collaborate with the programming team to ensure technical feasibility, quality, and timely delivery. • Partner with the marketing team to plan game launches, user acquisition, and retention campaigns. • Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities in the gaming industry. • Translate player insights and business needs into clear product requirements (PRDs). • Prioritize features and balance creativity, quality, and delivery speed. • Track KPIs such as retention, engagement, monetization, and player satisfaction to evaluate success. • Champion the voice of the player in every stage of development Required Competencies: • Strategic Thinking: Ability to define clear goals, long-term vision, and actionable roadmaps. • Cross-functional Collaboration: Skilled in working effectively with design, programming, and marketing teams. • Decision Making: Comfortable making tough prioritization decisions under time and resource constraints. • Analytical Skills: Strong data-driven mindset for evaluating product performance and player behavior. • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication to align stakeholders and explain product direction. • Problem Solving: Creative and adaptive approach to overcoming challenges in game development. • Leadership: Ability to inspire and motivate teams while maintaining accountability. • Player-Centric Mindset: Deep empathy for user needs and commitment to delivering engaging game experiences.
Education/Qualification/ Certification and Work Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Game Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • 3–5 years of proven experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role within the gaming, software, or digital product industries. • Strong understanding of game development processes, from concept to launch. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across design, programming, and marketing. • Analytical mindset with experience interpreting data and player feedback. • Passion for video games and knowledge of current industry trends.
